Support When You Need It

When you subscribe for your AMC, you can immediately enjoy the benefits of the AMC Plans. When you need support, simply contact ICS. We will work closely with you to ensure a well-planned and well-executed installation or trouble shooting.

  1. Software troubleshooting: Software troubleshooting refers to software errors and issues faced once the system is live. These could be related to software usage or known or unknown issues with the software. In this process all issues that are faced will be corrected in association with the software developer if such association is needed.
  2. Re-installation and reconfiguring the software: For any reason if the customer wants to re-install the software to another machine and also setting the required configuration of the software on all the machines.
  3. Emergency Support: Emergency Support is support during none office hours. This service is provided if a client is unable to make a sale due to a problem in the software and they cannot delay the sales for the next business day. Emergency support is provided 7 Days a week 5:00pm-1:00am daily by contacting Support Center +960 7797-ICS.
  4. Telephone, fax and E-mail Support: means Product/Service fault diagnosis provided by ICS over the telephone, email or fax.
  5. Software updates: The Software updates of the same series will be available free of charge. For example if the customer purchases Retail Pro 8.XX all updates in the 8 Series will be available to the customer Free of Charge.
  6. Installation & setup: For any reason if the customer decided to change the whole setup by re-installing the software, the needed support will be provided under the Membership during the standard support hours of ICS. The standard support hours in this document refers to the time where ICS is officially open during week days. The setup also includes those services which are related using additional features or designing new or redesigning current report templates.
  7. Password reset & Data recovery : Under this service for any reason if the client lost or forgets the password of the data file password will be reset (This includes only Retail pro software password reset. QuickBooks pro & Tally ies password reset Charges will be invoiced separately). Data recovery refers to the work that is needed to recover a corrupted data file or a database that is used. This service in no manner confirms that corrupted data will be fully or partially recovered. It only confirms that the procedures set in place will be carried out to recover such data. However, the actual result depends on the severity of the corrupted data and may differ from case to case.
  8. Monthly visit to the Customer: ICS Customer Support Department will schedule a monthly visit, which will be done by one of our Technicians to the customers' premises in a suitable time for both the parties even if there is no problem raised by the customer.
